Upon graduating from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology with a First Class Honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1996, Hans Leo began his career at Singapore Telecoms, then moving on to Siemens InfoComm Mobile Group where he was appointed as Vice President Sales (Solutions Division).

In 2004, in a pioneering role Hans with his team began developing Linc Group spawling business from a single warehouse provider in Jakarta to a group of companies that includes transportation, liquid terminal storage, freight forwarding, shipping, supply chain IT solutions and academy that operates in the asian region.

Today, Hans Leo has taken greater role as Group CEO and President Director of Linc Group.
