Starting his career in Human Resources right after obtaining his Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Thomi started working as HR Management Trainee at Raja Garuda Mas Group where he was then seconded to PT Bank Unibank Tbk as their Training Coordinator. In 1999 he moved and joined PT Lautan Luas Tbk as Training Officer where he then continued to develop his skills and expertise until he became their Training Manager in 2004. A trainer by choice, he facilitated most of LTL Learning Center programs and in charge for the group training covering more than 20 subsidiaries and affiliates companies under LTL Group where he continued to serve until 2010.
