Job Description:

  • Identify and acquire new customers from various sources and through different media (sales calls, visits/meetings).
  • Coordinate the preparation of solution proposals for prospective customers, including pricing proposals and supporting documents to ensure smooth processes.
  • Conduct negotiations with potential customers to attract their interest in using the company’s services.
  • Maintain and maximize relationships with existing customers to ensure continued partnership.
  • Reach out to prospective customers to acquire new business that can increase company revenue.
  • Promote services and deliver sales presentations to attract customer interest in the company’s offerings.
  • Analyze and plan the development of services, solutions, and value-added offerings provided by competitors to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the realization of sales plans and handle daily issues (troubleshooting) related to achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales within Marketing or Supply Chain / Logistics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in reporting and business correspondence.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in sales techniques.

  • Good understanding of Supply Chain Management (warehousing, distribution/trucking, and logistics).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

  • Able to drive and possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
