Job Description

  1. Identify and source new transporter vendors to support company needs.

  2. Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors.

  3. Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operational activities.

  4. Verify partnership documentation prepared by staff, including collection of company legal documents, agreements, pricing proposals, integrity pacts, and other required documents for vendor partnerships.

  5. Verify vendor registration in SAP and TMS systems to enable transaction processing.

  6. Coordinate with the Operations Team regarding vehicle requirements from transporters.

  7. Review transporter performance and analyze transporter needs to support operational demands.

  8. Provide regular activity progress reports to the Vendor Management Manager.

  9. Propose improvements to SOPs and systems to the Vendor Management Manager for process enhancements.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.

  2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in logistics and trucking management.

  3. Extensive network in the logistics and transportation industry.

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  5. Strong analytical and data processing skills.

  6. Strong leadership abilities.

  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  8. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
